Designing programs where ideas become companies
I work at the intersection of universities, startups, and international innovation ecosystems—building and scaling founder programs that translate research, talent, and ambition into real-world impact.
My Approach
I’m a program manager working within a nationally recognized, university-based entrepreneurship initiative, where I design and deliver startup acceleration and founder support programs for founders from around the world, in close partnership with universities, investors, and public-sector stakeholders.
My work is execution-focused: building programs founders actually use, partnerships that scale across institutions and borders, and clear reporting that communicates outcomes to leadership and funders.

How I Think
I focus on building pathways rather than one-off programs—structures that help founders move from discovery to deployment with clarity and support. Strong innovation ecosystems depend on thoughtful design, trust across institutions, and incentives that align founders, partners, and investors. My role is to create the connective tissue that allows ideas, talent, and capital to move efficiently across disciplines and borders.
